Earth access is available utilising Internet Technologies and is secured via Secure Socket Layer (SSL Certificate).It is hosted within our own internal Server Silo and is available 24/7. There are a number of reports are available to view including:-

Overall Performance Summary
This report is designed to give the client a complete overview of the instructions issued to P&A in a selected time period, covering all case types. View how many cases were received, how many are still live and analyse P&A performance based on the cases completed in the specified period of time.

Monthly Performance Summary
Similar to the Overall Performance Summary, this report allows the client to view live cases and evaluate P&A performance based on completed cases. However, this report allows the client to specify the case type they wish to concentrate on and provides a monthly breakdown of the statistics based on the month in which the cases were received.

Search Cases
This option allows the client to search individual cases enabling them to view their current status including notes and history on each case.

Case Updates
This function gives the client the facility to view all notes, entered on their accounts, during a specified time period. There is also the option to download the notes, in to MS Excel format, for possible automated upload in to their own “In-House” systems
