Fire access is available utilising Internet Technologies and is secured via Secure Socket Layer (SSL Certificate). It is hosted within our own internal Server Silo and is available 24/7.

Fire has been developed to allow our customers access to view the collection activity within a single company or group of companies with added multi-currency capabilities built-in.

The current cases available function, enables customers to drill right down to individual case level, viewing latest actions and comments added by our dedicated operations team.

A number of standard reports are available within Fire, including the main collections overview, which contains statistics of live cases, closed cases, payments received, outstanding queries, cases open and cases closed in a given period.

As well as the ability to view pre-legal and legal cases and payment/collections scheduled for the following 6 calendar months.

Fire has been designed and developed to suit the growing needs of our clients. P&A has responded to this requirement by having the most accurate case information available 24/7.
