Ice has been developed to allow our insolvency customers the ability to view the current status of all of their live cases. Ice’s multi-faceted approach to e-case management means that our clients have the ability to download and view documents received, with the added functionality that automated letters are created within Ice.

Clients also have access to view each individual case’s action list, which documents the actions to date and also indicates the next expected action. Recently, Ice has seen the introduction of IVA and CVA management online, allowing P&A to manage individual cases, on behalf of multiple creditors.

Ice has been designed and developed to suit the growing needs of our clients. P&A has responded to this requirement by having the most accurate case information available 24/7.
